The Scientific Committee of ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSATis delighted to announce that we are now accepting abstract submissions for both poster and oral presentations. Upon acceptance, detailed instructions will be provided to presenters regarding the presentation format and guidelines. We encourage researchers and experts to submit their abstracts and share their valuable insights with our conference attendees.
Abstracts should be exclusively submitted through the ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT website. Please format the text in accordance with the instructions provided below or on the website.
Abstracts must be typed in single spacing using the Times New Roman font, with a font size of 10 points. The abstract text should also be single-spaced and aligned to the left margin only. Please avoid leaving blank lines between paragraphs and do not use indentation.
If on-line submission is not available, please contact the secretariat.
All abstracts accepted for ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT are subject to an embargo once the Program Committee notifies presenters of their abstract's acceptance. After this notification, the abstracts cannot be presented at other meetings. It is required that all abstracts remain embargoed until until 12:00 p.m. KST on Saturday, April 7, 2024.
Authors should be aware that certain journals may not accept manuscript submissions that duplicate material already published or submitted elsewhere. Please refer to the specific instructions provided by each journal for further details.
Embargo violations by media professionals may result in suspension of credentials at the ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT as well as future meetings and may also impact the ability to receive advance media materials for future meetings. Embargo violations by abstract authors and/or sponsors may result in removal of the abstract from the scientific program. Abstract authors are responsible for notifying financial and other sponsors about this embargo policy.
1. Abstract Submission:
The presenting author and co-authors must adhere to the Embargo policy, which requires that abstracts be based on unpublished results. They should not anticipate publication, either wholly or partially, in any national or international journal before ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT—unless the publication occurs after the abstract submission withdrawal deadline on February 15, 2024.
2. Previously Presented Abstracts:
Abstracts previously presented at a national or international meeting should not be submitted. However, abstracts previously submitted at smaller/regional meetings but not published in a journal may be considered by the ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT Program Committee if no rights have been transferred and all new or updated data are included.
3. Copyright Transfer:
Authors and co-authors are required to transfer copyrights to ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT. This grants permission for audio/video recording of oral presentations for later sale or publication.
4. Responsibility and Compliance:
By submitting an abstract, you warrant that reasonable care has been taken to ensure its accuracy and that it does not contain anything libelous, obscene, or infringing upon anyone's copyright, right of privacy, or other rights.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in the Program Committee requiring the withdrawal of the abstract.
5. Embargo Period:
All abstracts must remain embargoed until 12:00 p.m., April 7, 2024 KST.
6. Copyright Ownership:
The organizing committee of ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT retains perpetual copyrights to all accepted presentation abstracts.
