BASIC BENEFITS FOR SPONSOR
ISAAR 2009 will provide all sponsors with excellent opportunities to promote their products and services to more than 1,500 participants from all around the world. The sponsors will have maximal benefits from exhibitions, marketing activities, and communications with participants during the meeting. As below, all sponsors will have benefits from package programs of sponsorship for ISAAR 2009.

One of the most important benefits for sponsors would be a Satellite Symposium. A limited number of companies will have the opportunity to organize their own Satellite Symposia during the meeting. The Platinum Sponsors will have the priority to organize the Satellite Symposia. If there are available slots for Satellite Symposia, other sponsors can purchase a slot at a given cost (See the following package program).
 
PACKAGE SPONSORSHP LEVEL
Benfits for package sponsorship include;
Satellite symposium, exhibition booth space, grant as a co-sponsor or invitation to the official banquet/ social program, advertisement in the official publications and Web site, complimentary registrations, acknowledgement, full participants' list, leaflet insert in the congress bag, etc.

- Some of the benefits stated above are only for Platinum Sponsors, and additional item sponsorship programs are available at a discounted rate according to the sponsorship level.

- Sponsorship level can be upgraded if a total amount of contribution including optional items exceeds the minimum criteria of upper level.

- For benefit items which could be allowed for limited sponsors, allocation will be done by first-come-first-served basis.

GENERAL SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS FOR EXHIBITORS
The following items can be purchased by any exhibitors, while some of them are limited to above a certain level of sponsorship, or in number of applying companies. Companies who applied to be any of the sponsorship other than Bronze will have a special discount rate for all the items stated below;

Coffee Break (USD $ 8,000) for Each Break
- Dates: March 18 - 20, 2009
- Promotional banner (corporate or product message displayed)
- Distribution of napkins and cups marked with company logo permitted
- Flyers on the tea table
- Corporate acknowledgment including company name and logo printed on the program book and uploaded to the official Web site at www.isaar.org.

Pocket Program (USD $ 9,000)
- Distributed to all participants, inserted in the congress bag
- Ad on the back cover

Abstracts-on-CD (USD $ 11,000)
Distributed from your booth to all meeting attendees,this
sought-after and valuable electronic reference tool contains the thousands of abstracts submitted to the Symposium.
Your company name and logo appears on the case insert, on each CD.

Congress Bags (USD $ 12,000)
Handed to all the registered participants, the official meeting registration bag is carried throughout the meetings and for years following. No other bags can be distributed at the ISAAR2009. Attendees will look forward to receiving their registration information and materials in a durable, classic-style tote bag, with your company logo and the Symposium logo prominently displayed. Bag size, style, design, color and quantity are mutually agreed upon by ISAAR2009 organizing Committee.
Shipping requirements and deadline must be met.

Material to be inserted in the congress bag is restricted to 10.
Brochures of Platinum and Gold Sponsors will be inserted.

Delegates' Pen (USD $ 4,500)

For all attendees to be distributed in the company's booth on a first-come, first-served basis.
The exchange coupon will be inserted in the congress bag and distributed to all attendees.

The fee includes the purchase, production, and delivery.

Internet Cafe (USD $ 11,000) **
Internet Cafe will be the communication center for all delegates, located in the exhibition hall.
Due to daily business communications and tasks, usually this place has a lot of traffics and will give you good impression on your company by displaying company logo on a signboard with acknowledgement of contribution, and also on the screen.
Your product name can be displayed on the screen, and company mouse pad can be placed.
