Methods
Please note that only VISA Card and
Master Card are accepted. The card number,
the cardholder¡¯s name, the expiry date
and the security code on card (which
is the last three or four digit number
appearing on certain card)on the signature
panel must be indicated in the Registration
Form. Bank Draft is also acceptable.

Group
Registration
Companies and institutes are invited
to submit group registrations, provided
they have minimum of 10 people to register.
Companies must submit personal address
details for each registered person.
All group registration should be submitted
by fax (+66-2- 714-2656 ext. 1). The
registration includes one single list
of name and address details of all participants
and the activities for which they have
to be registered. Full invoice address,
contact person (with direct phone, fax
and e-mail address) must also be submitted. |

Cancellation
and Refund Policies
For registration, participants unable
to attend will received a refund equivalent
to 75% of their registration fee provided
that the Congress Secretariat is advised
of the cancellation in writing before
January 30, 2009. Refunds requested
after this date will not be possible.
All approved refunds will be made with
in one month after the Congress.
