Exhibits include pharmaceutical drugs,
bio-pharmaceuticals, medical equipment/
information, clinical laboratories,
medical publications, societies, etc.
All exhibits are subject to the approval
of the Organizing Committee. Upon application,
the items & products submitted will
be approved by the Organizing Committee
and the Exhibition Organizer.
Space
Selection
Space will be assigned in accordance
with the sponsorship level, with major
sponsors having priorities.
Due to space limitations, the exhibition
areas will be distributed on a first-come
first-serve basis. Companies interested
in exhibiting should contact the Exhibition
Organizer by filling out and submitting
the attached exhibition Application
Form”.
Floor space is available in units of
9 square meters (3m x 3m) minimum.

for exhibition
Application for exhibition should be
made directly to the ISAAR 2009 Exhibition
Organizer by surface airmail, fax, e-mail,
or through the web site by December
15, 2008
Booth
Allocation
Exhibitor stands will be allocated as
soon as the 50% non-refundable deposit
is received by the
organizer of ISAAR 2009. Booth spaces
are allocated by order received, exhibition
design, and other
reasonable determinations.

Sizes
All booths are 3m (Width) x 3m (Length)
x 3m (Height), or multiples of that
size. Stands may be
ordered as standard shell scheme stand
(as below) or bare space independent
stand (self-decorated).

Stand Fees include rental of space provided

2 full registrations,
