Setup & Removal Schedule

  • Please note each poster will be exhibited for ONE day only during April 9-10, 2024. Please set up and remove your poster according to the below schedule:

  • Your Presentation Code has been informed with the Acceptance Notice and it will be posted on your assigned board by ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT Secretariat.
  • The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any posters that are not removed at the designated time. Posters left in the hall after the dismantling time may be discarded, and will NOT be returned.

A poster session provides the opportunity for in-depth exchange of information and promotes effective communication between a speaker and an audience. At least one author of the posters is required to be present at the poster session times as stated above to answer questions.

The poster presentation will be located at the Exhibition Hall (2Fl.) in the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, Seoul, Korea.

Dimensions

Each poster presenter will be assigned one 1,900mm (Height) X 950mm (Width) white laminate panels which will be provided by ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT. Mounting supplies (cellulose tape and adhesive velcro) will be available at the poster display area during the set-up period. Push pins are NOT allowed.

Format and Design

  • Poster material should be legible from a distance of 1 to 1.5 meters.
  • A clear title with the author’s name, affiliation, address, and phone number is desirable.
  • Place the information sequentially beginning with the main idea or problem, method used, result, etc.
  • Make the display as self-explanatory as possible.
  • Before you design your poster, consider how much text should appear in the display.
  • Keep illustrations simple using charts, graphs, drawings and pictures to create interest and visually explain a point.

  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse permission to display any poster considered to be commercial in nature.
  • Posters should be brought to the symposium and not mailed, as the Organizing Committee cannot be responsible for loss or mishandling.
  • Presenters are responsible for posting and removing their own materials.
  • No hand-out material is permitted.
  • No electrical power will be provided, therefore no device or illustration requiring electricity may be utilized.
  • Audio-visual equipment may NOT be used.

Presenting Timing

  • Each presentation is limited to a total of 10 minutes; 7 min. for presentation and 3 min. for Q & A.
  • In order to minimize interference with other presentations, overruns will not be allowed.
    Session chairs have been instructed to curtail each presentation to the allotted time.

Presentation Files

  • File format : MS Powerpoint
  • Font : Default fonts provided by MS Office (other fonts may not appear properly)
  • Please use ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT Official Template can be downloaded through the button below.
    Or please ensure that the presentation slide deck is formatted in the 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • Submit your presentation slides via e-mail sci@apfid.org by March 25, 2024 only.
    Do not submit a file onsite.

Audio Visual Equipment

  • All presenters are required to use venue facilities only. Oral presentation area will be equipped and prepared with the following:
  • Windows OS, MS-Office PowerPoint 2019
  • A smart pointer
  • 75 inch TV Monitor
  • We strongly advise against presenters bringing and using their own laptop computers (Macintosh laptops will not be available).
